All orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders made after 4:00 PM Central Time will be processed the following business day. Orders made after 4:00 PM on Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following business day. Shipping estimates are in business days. Ground packages will arrive in 2-5 business days. Priority Mail packages will arrive in 2-3 business days.
Your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will receive more than one tracking number if this happens. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged extra in most cases.
We package our filters in a clean environment and they are sealed in a plastic bag to prevent exposure to foreign contaminants. If the bag is punctured or torn during transport, send us a photo of the bag to email@example.com and we will send you a new one. We send our packages through USPS.
We currently only ship to US states and territories. International shipping is coming soon!
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of the filters, we do not accept returns.
If you have any issues with our filters, please reach out to us here. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied and safe. If we are unable to help, we may issue you a full refund for your order minus shipping costs.
